​Solar carports come in a variety of designs to maintain strength and support their structure.

​For example, if you use a foundation block that protrudes from the ground, there will be a protruding object in a position that the driver cannot see, creating a risk of rear-end collision when parking.

​Also, the large "braces" (steel members that extend diagonally to reinforce the structure) that protrude from the bottom obstruct parking and impede users' convenience. There remains a concern that it will end up getting worse.

Considering these cases, tsbm's solar carport is designed from the user's perspective, with a structure that is as simple as possible while maintaining the strength of the structure and with fewer problems when parking.

Building confirmation application agency
As an optional service, we undertake the application for building certification as stipulated by law. We will also prepare the necessary documents and structural calculation sheets.

​ As mentioned above, solar carports fall under "buildings" because they are used as parking lots. Therefore, it is necessary to comply with related laws and regulations depending on the installation location and scale, such as the Building Standards Act and the Fire Service Act. Please note that the application for building certification is for "excluding areas outside the city planning area," but even outside the city planning area, it is necessary to submit a building work notification to the relevant jurisdiction in accordance with Article 15 of the Building Standards Act. .

​ Based on the installation location, scale, and type of solar carport planned by the customer, TSBM will determine whether a building permit application is required.and other installation restrictions, etc.I'll give you some advice. In addition, if various applications are required, we will prepare materials such as structural calculation sheets necessary for the application.
